A large discrepancy between the husband’s net worth statement filed for renewing a business loan during marriage and a net worth statement for the divorce was due to “puffing,” apparently designed for the mutual benefit of the parties.

Loan application submitted to a bank was admissible to prove the husband’s income, even though it was a joint application which included his present wife’s personal assets.
