Marital agreement upheld where: (1) Dollar value of stock on financial statement may have been much higher. Wife was determined to marry and value of stock was of no significance to her (2) Statement requiring MPA as condition of marriage is not coercion (3) Substantive unfairness at time of divorce is not proven by side-by-side comparison of property (4) Wife’s seeking temporary maintenance violated ยง802.05(1) and entitled husband to attorney fees. This statute does apply in divorce cases.
