Summary

Marital agreement was procedurally fair where (1) there was no financial disclosure – wife knew of husband’s assets (2) there was no separate attorney for the wife – wife was advised of her rights to an attorney and the agreement was explained to her by husband’s attorney (3) wife wanted to marry husband. Agreement was substantively fair as well (a) despite unequal bargaining positions of parties and (b) unequal division of estate.
