(a) The circuit court properly considered the “no legitimate purpose” element of Wis. Stat. § 813.125 (b) Respondent’s constitutional rights were not violated because a corroborating witness was allowed to testify telephonically (c) the circuit courts factual findings were supported by a reasonable view of the evidence and (d) the circuit court’s injunction order was not overly broad.
